I cannot say enough good things about Palm Coast Tile!! They were not the least expensive but you get what you pay for and we just had a really good feel for Jhonata. We bought an older home and knew there were some issues with the flooring. He was straightforward and prepared us for unknowns but it ended up being in way worse shape than any of us imagined. The whole Palm Coast Tile team went so far above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for them- calm, cool, knowledgeable, professional and turned what could have been a really bad situation into a breeze for us. I 100% believe they came through for us in ways that other companies may not have. This is the only company we will ever use!!! ~ William C

I am new to Palm Coast and after contacting Palm Coast Tile, meeting John, we had him redo our Master Bath Shower. He removed our pre-fab shower and built us a new tiled shower with a seat. John also installed a back splash in my kitchen. He did an awesome job; he always ask us if we had any questions on any of the work and e was quick to give us honest answers with no hesitation. John is a very knowledgeable and a confident individual. He presents himself in a professional manner with courtesy and shows respect for the homeowners. I would definitely recommend him. Palm Coast Tile does amazing work! I was fully impressed with how Johnny communicated and stressed that they would do the job the right way, no shortcuts when they installed our floors. And they did an awesome job! They corrected a builder subfloor issue during the install and the finished result was excellent. We had a tile emergency at our home in Palm Coast. At the last minute, our contractor pulled his back and could not complete our garage shower. I was frantically reaching out to every company in the area looking for someone to help us. Most of them were quoting us outrageous pricing, likely knowing we were in a pickle. Then Jhonata from Palm Coast Tile called me. He came out within 20min (and it was well after hours) to look at our project and then he literally performed magic - completing our shower the next day and in literally 12 hours. He did it at half what we were being quoted by other companies. The shower is absolutely beautiful - better than we even envisioned, largely due to his knowledge and help in selecting the right finishes. The most impressive part of this experience is that he was there when he said he would be, did not leave until the job was finished, and came back the next morning to check everything and even finished an area of drywall next to the shower the contractor had not finished either. ~ republicofpaws

I just had my bathroom remodeled by Palm Coast tile. There wasn't a shower in the master bathroom...Just a tub. Jonathan removed the tub and built a beautiful tiled shower with a pebble floor. I couldn't be happier. Jonathan and his team also installed vinyl planking throughout the entire house. They did such a great job. They got it all done on time and kept it within my budget. Without a doubt, I would use Palm Coast Tile for any bath or flooring projects. I calmed and John came out and gave the bad news about my project. He was honest and sincere and being a marine engineer I understood what I was now looking at. Although this was a minor item, we agreed to hold off for now. When appropriate, I will have him back to do the job correctly. You will have a hard time finding a true craftsman with integrity here in Florida. ~ Barry D

Prior to contacting JOHN from Palm Coast Tile I had purchased some material for a backsplash. When my installer canceled on me, I reached out to John and he was so accommodating.Upon finished up with his client,, he was able to come over to solve my problem, guided me on what I should get and made the time to do the installation at the drop of a dime. I had a transition strip in a hallway between rooms that needed to be leveled and tiled. Johnathan did an amazing job using the tiles that I had leftover from other projects and making the floor look intentional with the transition. Called Palm Coast Tile as we needed a tile removed from our bathroom shower wall. They came over that same day and recommended an alternative way to access the plumbing without removing the tile. A great suggestion. We would most definitely recommend them. Very honest company. ~ Warren F

We hired John to do a small tile job of cleaning and refresh the the grout. Turned into little bit more where he had to remove old and add new. Refused to charge us more than quoted.
